Refund and Cancellation Policy

SutraSocial is operated by QUANTPROC PRIVATE LIMITED. Registering, building your profile and seeing your matches are free. Payment is only for a membership, which lets you open matched profiles for a fixed period.

Full refund

If you cancel within 7 days of paying and have not opened any profile with that membership, the full amount is refunded.
If you were charged twice, or charged but the membership was not given to you, the whole amount is always refunded.

When no refund applies

Once the first profile has been opened with a membership, the service has begun and the remaining period is not refunded.

Nothing renews itself

A membership ends on its own when its period ends. There is no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel afterwards.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@sutrasocial.com from the email address or with the mobile number on your account, giving your invoice number. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, and a credit note is issued against your tax invoice.
